Our lifetime never-leak workmanship warranty is our promise that the work was done right and will stay watertight. If a covered installation issue ever causes a leak, we come back and make it right.

The roofing materials we install carry a 40-year limited warranty from the manufacturer covering defects in the product itself. Between the two, your roof is protected by the people who made the materials and the people who installed them.

Storm damage goes through insurance
We believe in being straight with you. Our workmanship warranty covers our installation, and the manufacturer warranty covers the materials. Neither one covers storm damage, hail, fallen trees, or other acts of nature, that is what your homeowner’s insurance is for. The good news is that BCI handles storm and insurance work too. If a storm damages your roof, we inspect it, document the damage, and work with you through your insurance claim to get it repaired or replaced correctly. As a FORTIFIED-credentialed contractor, we can also build to the IBHS FORTIFIED standard, which is designed to help roofs better withstand severe weather.
